  Thestoremanagermayadvisetheconsumertowritetothemanufacturer.Ifso,theconsumershoulddothis,statingthecomplaintaspolitelyandaspossible.Butifapolitecomplaintdoesnotachievethe8result,theconsumercangoastepfurther.Sheorhecanthreatentotakethesellerto9orreportthesellertoaprivateorpublic10responsibleforprotectingconsumers’rights.
