　　AttheoptionoftheLender,theunpaidprincipalbalance,togetherwithallaccrued,unpaid,andunpaidfutureinterestshallbecomeimmediatelydueandpayableupontheoccurrenceatanyoneofthefollowingeventsofdefault:(i)failuretomakeanypaymentofinterestwhenandasthesamebecomedueandpayablehereunder,(ii)thefiling,eithervoluntaryorinvoluntary,ofanybankruptcypetitionbytheBorrower,(iii)failureintheduepromptandcompleteperformanceandobservanceofanyothercovenant,condition,agreementorobligationoftheBorrowerassetforthinthisNote.

　　EachpaymentshallbeinlawfulmoneyoftheUnitedStatesandshallbecreditedfirstonchargesandinterestthendue,andtheremainder,ifany,onfutureinterest.IfthisNoteisnotrepaidwhendue,theunpaidprincipalbalanceshallbearinterestfromsuchduedateatarateequalto2%greaterthantheratespecifiedinthisNote.TheBorroweragreetopayallcostofcollectionorbreachofthisNote,includingbutnotlimitedtoreasonableattorney'sfeesandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeprotectionorrealizationofanycollateralorenforcementoftheNoteoranyguarantywhichareincurredbyaholderofthisNoteonaccountofanysuchcollection,whetherornotsuitisfiled.TheBorrowerherebywaivespresentment,pretest,demandandnoticeofdishonor,andtothefullextentpermittedbyLaw,therighttopleadanystatuteoflimitationsasadefenseunderthisNote,orotherwrittenagreementbetweenthepartieshereto.NodelayoromissiononthepartoftheLenderisexercisinganyrighthereundershalloparateasawaiverofsuchrightoranyotherrightunderthisnote.
