1.Goodpressureperformersoperateinapeakstressstateunderpressure.Theyexperiencethepressureasachallengeandtheymoveintotheirpeakstressstate.Thisisastateofenergyandintensityatwhichtheyperformtheirbest.
2.Atopperformerwillseepressureasapositivething.It’stheirchancetoshine.Thepoorperformerwillseepressureasanegativethingandwillbeginworryingaboutthepossiblenegativereactiontoafailedoutcome.Thismakessuccesshighlyunlikely.
