　　Duetoitsproduction,operationandinvestmentactivities,theBorrowerfacesdifficultiesinrepayingthematuredloan(U$7,000,000.-)undertheLoanAgreementdated10thofDec,2012(the“Facility”)enteredintobetweentheLenderandtheBorrower.

　　Therefore,theBorrowerrequestsLendertoextendthetermoftheFacility.Uponexaminationandverification,theLenderagreestoextendthetermoftheFacilityrequestedbytheBorrower.Aftermutualconsultation,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

　　Article1.TheFacilityinfavoroftheBorrowerintheamountofSevenmillionU.S.Dollars(U$7,000,000.-)undertheLoanAgreementshallbedueandpayableon31stofDec,2013.ThepartiesagreetherepaymentdateoftheaggregateprincipalamountoftheFacilityoutstanding(the“ExtendedLoan”)shallbedeferredto31stofDec,2014.

　　Article2.TheinterestontheExtendedLoanfortheextendedtermshallbetherateequaltoLibor(3M)+1.87%(OnepointEightSevenpercent).

　　ThisExtensionAgreementshallcomeintoforcefromthedateofexecutionofthisAgreementbythedulyauthorizedrepresentativesoftheLenderandtheBorrowerwiththeirrespectivesealsaffixedtheretoandshallbeautomaticallyterminateduponthefullrepaymentoftheprincipaloftheExtendedLoananditsinterestaccruedtheretoandallsumspayablebytheBorrower.
