以广州华力园艺公司引进的品种黑叶观音莲（HerbaMonachosoriHenryi）作为试验材料,研究了外植体与消毒时间对外植体培养成活率及污染率的影响.同时还研究了培养基配方对芽增殖诱导的影响,进一步了解激素浓度和矿物质元素对试验材料长势的影响.结果表明,外植体消毒时间为48min时成活率较高及污染率,死亡率也较低,最适合进行原种制作；减少NAA的浓度、6-BA的浓度、降低矿物质元素的浓度,对增殖系数的提高均有一定的抑制作用,最后得出6-BA和IAA组合对观音莲不定芽增殖有促进作用,其最适的培养基为MS+6-BA3.00mg/L+NAA1.00mg/L.
