AthirdreportcamefromLiXiaohewhowasvisitingthelakewithhisfamily.Heclaimstohaveseenaroundblackcreaturemovingquicklythroughthewater.Afterthreeorfourhundredmetresitdivedintothewater.Tenminuteslaterthemonsterappearedagainandrepeatedtheaction.MrLiXiaohesaidthatheandhisfamilywereabletoseethemonsterclearlybecausetheweatherwasfineandthelakewascalm.
TherehavebeenreportsofmonstersinLakeTianchisincethebeginningofthelastcenturyalthoughnoonehasseenonecloseup.Somephotoshavebeentakenbuttheyarenotclearbecauseitwastoofaraway.ManypeoplethinkthemonstermaybeadistantcousinoftheLochNessmonsterinScotland.Theyalsothinkthattheremightbesimilarcreaturesinotherlakesaroundtheworld.Scientistshoweveraresceptical.Theysaythatthelow-temperaturelakeisunlikelytobeabletosupportsuchlargelivingcreatures.
