　　person是单数,复数形式是persons,所以你的句子用has是正确的.

　　语法错误：islike象的意思

　　Thechanceofsuccessisalwaysforthepersonwho(has)goodpreparations.

　　这个不太好表达。因为，like“喜欢”一般还是不会用无生命主语的。可以考虑用favorChancefavorsthepersonwho(has)goodpreparations.Ithasbeentestifiedbyalotofevidences（不加s).PerhapsthereisnobetterexamplethanthecaseofCET6exam.Thestudentswhospend2-3hourseveryday(everyday分开写）toreview(去to,review加ing)theenglishtestwillhavethegreaterpossibilityofpassingtheCET6examIfyoumade(make)greatefforts,you(改为yourefforts）willgivetherepay(givetherepay改为willberewarded).(我写的一小段作文,求指点语法错误.题目是:Thewaytosuccess.)
