　　Firstofall,developingthesportsandsocialactivitiescanreducetherateofpsychologicalprobleminthecollegestudents.Inmyuniversity,studentssuicideappeareveryyear,tomysurprise,theseyouthchosetodieonlyforsomeproblemthatisveryprevalentamongcollegestudent.Suchasdivergingwithher(orhis)lover,missingagoodchanceofwork,havingabadrelationshipofchumsandsoon.Theseproblemhavealongdistancetoserious,butsomanybeautifullifelostbecauseofthem,theessentialproblemisstudents’vulanaratheart,theycannotbreakthroughthedilemma,andwhythemcannotdoitisthattheylackofexperience.Ifastudentcanhavemorechancetotouchtherealsociety,tocommunicatewithotherpeoplewhohaveexperience,theywillknowhowtocopewiththedepression.Ontheotherhand,sportandsocialactivitiesalsocandistractpeopleattentionandreducetheirpress.
