　　resently,myfriendbegantoworkreallyhard.well,iguessimissedoutsomething.ithoughthewasgoodenough,buthedidn'tagreewithmeatall.hethoughthewasnevergoodenough.hesaidhefeltastrongneedinhiscompany,becausehewastheonlyonegoodatthistechnique.hefeltlikeitwashisresponsibilitytohelpotherssotheycouldhaveafewtimeforotherthings.healsosaid,hefelthehadspent26hoursinhisofficeandtherewasnotimeforfamilyandfriendsanymore.iaskedhimwhyhedidn'ttakeaholidayandlearntoenjoylifesometime.it'snotpossibletostayinofficeallthetime.besidesitwasimpossibletofinishallthejob.iknewhealsowantedtoplaywithdogsorfishing,isawthedesireinhiseyesandiaskedhimforareasonhesaidhefeltguiltytowardshiscolleague,sohejustdidallthework.
