【摘要】企业集团财务管理是集团经营管理的重要组成部分,其财务管理的质量高低,将直接决定企业集团的兴衰.随着经济全球化的一体化,传统财务管理模式已不能适应新形势的要求,因此,如何创新企业集团的财务管理,建立与新形势相适应的企业集团财务管理,对我国企业集团发展具有重要的理论与现实意义.

[Abstract]:Thefinancialmanagementofanenterprisegroupisanimportantpartofthegroup'sbusinessmanagement,andthequalityofthefinancialmanagementwilldirectlydecidetheriseanddeclineoftheenterprisegroup.Withtheintegrationofeconomicglobalization,thetraditionalfinancialmanagementmodehasnotbeenabletoadapttotherequestofthenewsituation.Therefore,howtoinnovatetheenterprisegroup'sfinancialmanagementandestablishafinancialmanagementmodeadapttothenewsituation,hasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetoourcountryenterprisegroups'development.
