　　Therearemanyargumentsabouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofexamination.Somepeoplethinkexaminationistheonlywaytotesthowexamineeshavemasteredwhattheyhavestudiedanditistheonlymeasurementforexaminerstoselectwhichpersonstheyneed.Ontheotherhand,someobjectthatexaminationcan'tmeasurehowthestudentshavereallystudied.Theysayitcandonothingbutburdenthestudents.Asforme,Ithinkforbothexamineesandexaminers,theexaminationcanshowwhatandhowmuchtheexamineeshavemastered.Theresultsofexaminationsarejustlikemirrorsforbothexaminersandexaminees.ThroughexaminationtheexamineescanchecktheirworkandBecomeawareofwhichaspectstheyhavenotdonewell,sothatthey'llmakemuchimprovementintheirwork.Asfarasexamineesareconcerned,theycannotonlyknowhowtheyhavestudiedbutalsofindoutwhattheystilldon'tknoworwhattheyhaven'tmasteredwell.Thustheywillbeinspiredtogreaterelfortstoimprovetheirstudyingmethodsoastomakegreaterprogress.Ofcoursetoomanyexaminationsareburdenstobothexaminersandexami.Insummary,theexaminationdoesmoregoodthanharmforbothexaminersandexaminees.Wemusttakeapositiveattitudetowardsexamination.Weshouldtakefulladvantageofitandavoiditsdisadvantages.
