　　AsyourBusinessSponsorinAustraliaweunderstandthatwewillberequiredtoundertaketoDIMIAthatwewillundertakevariousthingsinrespectofyouremployment,including:

　　AcceptresponsibilityforobligationtotheCommonwealthforyouinrespectofthecorrectdeductionoftaxinstallmentsfromyourweekly/fortnightlywagesoranyothereligiblepayments;tomakesuperannuationcontributionstoyournominatedaccountwhileinouremployment;topaydebtstotheCommonwealthasaresultofasponsoredpersonreceivingorusingCommonwealthbenefitsorservicestowhichyouhavenoentitlement,forexampleMedicare,socialsecuritybenefits.

　　ComplywithAustralianindustrialrelationslaws,AustralianlevelsofremunerationandconditionsofemploymentandDIMIA’sstipulatedminimumsalaryrequirementwhichamountsto$39,100perannum.

　　Beresponsibleforyourrepatriationcosts.However,itwillbeaconditionofyouremploymentwiththeCompanythatyouarriveinAustraliaonavalidreturnairfaretopointoforigin.Theticketmustbevalidfor12monthsfromthetimeofarrivalinAustralia.

　　公司对您的雇用将遵从澳大利亚移民和多元文化事务部（DIMIA）颁发的475类别签证的批准函,根据附加的公司对您的商业担保条款和条件,从DIMIA批准签证日期起雇用期最长四年.附加于DIMIA批准函后的公司为您提供在澳大利亚担保的条款和条件将成为本聘书的条款和条件的组成部分.

　　作为您在澳的担保人,我们清楚必须担负DIMIA关于雇用您的一些责任,包括：

　　向联邦政府承担正确从您的周薪/双周薪扣税及其它需扣款项的责任；在您受雇于我们期间,向您指定的帐户存入养老金；作为被担保人,您无权享受公共福利（如医疗保险和社会保险）,因此我们需向联邦政府支付您因此而产生的债务.
