　　Ipersonallybelieveeachwayhasitsadvantages.Wereitleftmetodecide,Ishouldnothesitateamomenttopreferthelatter.Beingastudent,ourmaintaskistoconcentrateonouracademicstudy.weshouldspendenoughtimeattendingclasses,readingbooksandfinishingvariousassignments.Onlybyworkinghardcanwegainmuchfromacademicstudies.ButIdon’tthinkweshouldspendeveryday,everyhourandeveryminutestudyingtextbooks.Asaproverbbsays,“AllworkandnoplaymakesJackadullboy.”Beingastudent,weshouldtakepartinothermeaningfulactivitiesbesidesacademicstudies.Forexample,doingphysicalexerciseisagoodideatomakeourlifemorecolorfulandbeneficial.IstillrememberthatwonderfulvolleyballteamIwasonayearago.AssoonasIwasthroughwithmyclassesintheafternoons,Iwouldrushtotheplayingground.Ourteammatesmettherehappilyanddidsomewarming-upexercise,thenwebeganplayingvolleyballandletsweatssoakourshirts.Afteraday’shardwork,howniceitwastostretchourlegsandarms!

　　Thoughsomeofpeopleareafraidthatdoingphysicalexerciseeachdaymaydistractthemfromtheiracademicstudy,Ithinkifwemakefulluseofourtime,wecanbegoodatlearningaswellasphysicalexercise.Physicalexercisecanhelpusstudymoreefficiently.SoIsuggestthatstudentsdophysicalexercisealongwiththeiracademicstudies.
