　　noother表示没有其他的noanother没有这个用法要用noothers

　　notother也没见过啊

　　notall表示有不是全部半否定,不符合语境

　　noother暗含比较所以选A

　　翻译过来就是没有其他花儿比玫瑰美。如果用notall就是部分其他花儿比玫瑰美。notall说不通！
