摘要：随着全球经济一体化的发展，特别是我国加入WTO以后，企业不可避免地要参与国际市场竞争。目前很多企业会计信息出现会计信息失真．侵害会计信息使用者的利益，会计监督方面存在着非常多的问题，要加强和完善会计监督职能．必须正确认识会计监督的重要地位，才能制定加强会计监督的措施和对策。建立一套完整的企业会计监督体系和管理措施．对提高企业会计信息质量。提高企业经济运行质量，进而提高企业的经济效益，有着非常重要的意义。本文对公司的会计监督进行研究，着重分析了会计监督体系中存在的问题，针对存在的问题，笔者运用所理论和方法，结合公司生产经营的实际情况，提出了相应的改进措施。关键词：会计信息失真；会计监督；改进措施
