本文以聚偏氟乙烯（PSF）为膜材料,以二甲基乙酰胺（DMAc）为溶剂,以氯化锂（Licl）为添加剂,甲醇、乙醇和甘油分别为凝胶浴,通过浸没沉淀-相转化法制备了不同凝胶浴组成的微滤膜.用微滤膜膜评价装置测定了膜的纯水通量和对BSA的截留率.同时测量微滤膜的长宽及干湿重进行孔隙率的计算.考察了凝胶浴性质对膜结构和膜性能的影响,通过调控凝胶浴的组成,获得了具有性能较的PVDF膜,并对相转化成膜机理进行了分析.
Inthispaper,polyvinylidenefluoride(PSF)asthemembranematerial,todimethylacetamide(DMAc)assolventandlithiumchloride(Licl)asadditives,methanol,ethanolandglycerinbathgel,respectively,byimmersionprecipitation-preparedbyphaseinversionwithdifferentmembranecompositionofcoagulationbath.EvaluationofmicrofiltrationmembranedevicewithameasuredwaterfluxandBSArejectionrate.Simultaneousmeasurementofmembranelengthandwidthandtheporosityofwetanddryweightwerecalculated.Investigatedthenatureofcoagulationbathonmembranestructureandmembraneproperties,byregulatingthecompositionofcoagulationbath,accesstothePVDFmembranewithaperformancethan,andtheformationmechanismofphasetransformationwereanalyzed.
