SoIfoundaclassontheInternetandbookedmyselfintoacourse.
Iturnedupforthefirstlessonfeelingverynervous.Ineedn’thaveworriedthoughbecauseeveryonewasreallyfriendly.Wewereallfemale.Theyoungestwasabouteighteenandtheoldestwasfortysomething.
Ourteachercameinlookingfantasticinhertraditionaldanceclothesandwesoonallcaughtherenergyandenthusiasm.SheputonthemusicimmediatelywhichwasacombinationofwesternpopsongssettoanIndianbeatandwestartedfollowinghermoves.Anynervousnesssoondisappearedbecausethemovesweresocomplicated.Therewasnotimetoworryaboutwhetheryou’redoingthemright!
