　　TheprovisionsoftheCASCodeofSports-RelatedArbitrationshallapplytotheproceedings.CASshallprimarilyapplythevariousregulationsofFIFAand,additionally,Swisslaw.

　　63JurisdictionofCAS

　　AppealsagainstfinaldecisionspassedbyFIFA'slegalbodiesandagainstdecisionspassedbuconfederations,membersorLeaguesshallbelodgedwithCASwithin21daysofnotificationofthedecisioninquestion.

　　RecoursemayonlybemadetoCASafterallotherinternalchannelshavebeenexhausted.

　　CAS,however,doesnotdealwithappealsarisingfrom:

　　(A)violationsofthelawsoftheGame;

　　(B)suspensionsofuptofourmatchesoruptothreemonths(withtheexceptionofdopingdecisions);

　　(C)decisionsagainstwhichanappealtoanindependentanddulyconstitutedarbitrationtribunalrecognisedundertherulesofanAssociationorConfederationmaybemade.

　　Theappealshallnothaveasuspensiveeffect.TheappropriateFIFAbodyor,alternatively,CASmayordertheappealtohaveasuspensioneffect.

　　FIFAisentitledtoappealtoCASagainstanyinternallyfinalandbindingdoping-relateddecisionpassedbytheConfederations,MembersorLeaguesunderthetermsofpar.1andPar.2above.

　　TheWorldAnti-DopingAgency(WADA)isentitledtoappealtoCASagainstanyinternallyfinalandbindingdoping-relateddecisionpassedbyFIFA,theConfederations,MembersorLeaguesunderthetermsofPar.1andPar.2above.

　　Anyinternallyfinalandbindingdoping-relateddecisionpassedbytheConfederations,MembersorLeaguesshallbesentimmediatelytoFIFAandWADAbythebodypassingthatdecision.ThetimeallowedforFIFAorWADAtolodgeanappealbeginsuponreceiptbyFIFAorWADA,respectively,oftheinternallyfinalandbindingdecisioninanofficialFIFAlanguage.
