摘要
企业在生产经营活动中都会造成对自然环境的污染和破坏,遵循“谁污染谁治理,谁开发谁保护”的思想,企业必须负担起对环境保护和治理的责任.传统会计不能充分反映有关环境方面的信息和企业应负的环境责任,因此,环境会计应运而生.环境会计不仅把企业与环境联系在一起,正确核算企业在环境保护和治理方面的绩效,而且对企业在环境方面的贡献也要作出评价,既要评价企业的经济目标,同时还要评价其社会目标.
