保育员是幼儿园保育工作开展的主要人员,所以保育员基本素质的高低直接影响着幼儿园的保育质量.同时保育员也是班里的另一位老师,因为保育员同样对幼儿的身心发展有着潜移默化的影响.
本文通过文献法了解国内保育员素质状况的基础上,从保育员的结构状况、身体健康状况、心理素质、保教观念、对待工作态度和对待幼儿态度六个方面出发,对平湖市名保育员进行问卷抽样调查,选取平湖市4所幼儿园中的12名保育员进行深入的观察和访谈,获得了目前平湖市保育员的基本素质状况.通过数据分析发现问题,并对所存在的问题提出相应的对策.
