13-year-old Caitlin Casady volunteers at many places in her hometown of Tulsa，Okla．Caitlin's favorite volunteer experience is with the Holiday Assistance Program through Family and Children's Services．"It assists by providing hope and healing to abused children，mentally ill individuals，and families in crisis，"Caitlin said．
Normally，the organization does not let those younger than 16volunteer．However，Caitlin is the exception，as both her parents help out with the program．In fact，she has been helping out since she was 4!
As a volunteer，she purchases and wraps presents for a specific family based on their individual needs．The best part？Seeing the joy on the faces of children as presents are delivered to them and their families．
Caitlin's resume of volunteer work is inspiring!And it is all motivated by her joy in helping others．Whether it's filling shoeboxes with gifts，collecting cans for the food bank，or raising money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation，Caitlin is already making a great difference in her community!
