Abstract:Depthcontrolofunderwaterrobotsisanindispensablyfunction,especiallywhenrobotsarestationaryinwater.Abionicbladdersystemwasdesignedtocontrolthedepthoftherobotsinwater.Itwascomposedofacylinderandapiston.Thedynamicmodelsofhowthebionicbladdersystemcontrolsunderwaterrobotswereestablishedandbasedonwhichadual-velocitycontrolsystemwasdesigned.Theresultsofsimulationshowedthatagoodcontrolperformancecouldbeachievedwithpropercontrolparameters.Theexperimentshavebeendoneinwatertanktotestandvalidatetheperformanceofthecontrolsystem.©2010IEEE.
