　　We/IherebyrequesttoenrolltheabovenamedstudentinMarianapolisPreparatorySchoolforthe2011-2012academicyearandagreetopay$36,950.00annualboardingtuitionand$5,500.00ESLfee(asapplicable),asperscheduleenclosed,plusanyextrafeesincurred.Asrequireda$10,000.00non-refundableresidentdepositisenclosed.

　　Itisagreedthat:

　　1.The$10,000.00residentstudentdepositwhichisrequiredwiththisEnrollmentContracttoholdthestudent’splaceisnon-refundableandwillbeappliedagainstthepaymentsrequiredbyeitherParagraph2(a),2(b)or2(c).

　　2.Paymentinfulloftheannualtuitionwillbemadepriortostartofschool.

　　3.Ifatanytime,intheopinionoftheHeadofSchool,theenrollmentofthestudentshallbedeemeddetrimentaltohis/herhealthorprogressortootherstudents,he/shemaybedismissed.Thestudentisalsosubjecttodisciplinaryaction,includingsuspensionordismissalforviolationofschoolrules.
