Afterthemancashedthecheck,however,thecompanyhadhimarrestedon24countsofarson.Withhisowninsuranceclaimandtestimonyfromthepreviouscasebeingusedagainsthim,themanwasconvictedofintentionallyburninghisinsuredpropertyandsentencedto24monthsinjailanda$24,000fine.
