设:该DNA双链的两条链分别为链1和链2
则:A1=T2,T1=A2,C1=G2,G1=C2
由于:(A1+G1)/(T1+C1)=0.7
则:(A2+G2)/(T2+C2)=(T1+C1)/(A1+G1)=1/0.7=10/7
由于:整个DNA分子中A=T,G=C
则:(A+G)/(T+C)=1
