良好的习惯(GoodManners)

　　Goodmannersarenecessarybecauseoneisjudgedbyhismanners.One’smannersnotonlyshowwhatkindofeducationhehasreceivedandwhathissocialpositionis,buttheyalsotendtoshowwhathisnatureis.

　　Goodmannersmeansgoodbehaviourinsocialcommunication.Apersonwithgoodmannersisalwaysagreeablecompanion,becauseheisalwaysthinkingofothersandrespectothers.Hewillnotpushthroughacrowd,butwaitquietlyforhisturntoadvance.Goodmannersarenottheexceptionallygreatdeedsbuttheycantellthatthepersonwhopossessesthemisamanofhigheststandards.

　　Tolearngoodmanners,onemustfirstofallbearinmindthattheyarisefromone’sdailybehaviour—thewayherespondstoothersandthemannerhebehavesinfrontofpeople.Tobeamanofgoodmanners,hemustbegenuinelypolitetoothersandshowrespectforothers.Inshort,politenesscostsnothingandgainseverything.

　　Someofmyclassmatesareweak,thatistosay,theyareinpoorhealth.Ithinkithassomethingtodowiththeirdailyhabits.Forexample,theyseldomhavemealsontime.Instead,theylikeeatingchocolate,icecream,sugar,etc.Theydon'tliketodoexercise,andtheyoftenwatchTVforalongtime.Sotheycan'tgetenoughrest,buttheyhavetogetupearlyinthemorningtogotoschool.

　　Weshouldlearnalessonfromthem,formgoodhabitsandkeephealthy.
