原告——accuser,plaintiff(英),complainant,claimant,prosecutor（美）1和5美国都可以用,5似乎更常用

　　被告——appellee,defendant(美&英),indictee,respondent,theaccused2和5较常用

　　律师——attorney（美）,barrister,counsellor（英）,gownsman,lawyer1和3较常用,5是统称

　　法官——bands,deemster,gownsman,judge（美&英）,judiciary,justicer,law-officer4较常用,美英都可.其他都太正式,可能法律公文中会用吧

　　建议分别使用：prosecutor,defendant,attorney,judge
