　　摘要：高等学校是人才培养的主阵地,担负着培养创新型人才的重任,有效可行的人才培养体系是能否实现人才培养目标的制度保障.宜宾学院思想政治教育专业结合自身专业特点,着力培养具有坚定的马克思主义信仰、扎实的学科基础知识和较强的实践创新能力的高层次复合型人才,思想政治教育专业立足地方需要、为学生成才提供保障,不断探索人才培养模式,从教学制度、课程体系、教学模式、实践教学及考核方式等方面进行了有益的探索.
