　　第十条（RES的经营者职责）

　　(1)TheoperatorofREShasthefollowingresponsibilities:

　　RES经营者职责如下：

　　a)adoptinternalrulesofoperationandbusinessoperatorforRES,

　　遵守RES经营和商业经营者的内部规章

　　b)collect,processandkeepstrackofthetotalelectricityproducedinplantsqualifiedmanufacturers,收集、处理并跟踪合格制造商的工厂产生的总用电量

　　c)InaccordancewithArticle26thislaw,attherequestofaneligibleproducer,concludedacontractonthepurchaseofelectricityatguaranteedbuy-pricesandperformstotalpurchaseelectricityproducedfromplantsofeligibleproducers,

　　应合格生产商要求,依照本法第26条规定,以保证价格制定一份购电合同,规定合格生产商的工厂产生的总采购电量.

　　d)InaccordancewithArticle20thislaw,attherequestofqualifiedmanufacturers,concludesacontractonthepurchaseofelectricitybythereferencepriceandthepurchaseisdonethetotalelectricityproducedfromtheinstallationofqualifiedmanufacturers,

　　应合格制造商要求,依照本法第20条规定,以参考价格制定一份购电合同,采购合格制造商的设备产生的总用电量.

　　e)InaccordancewithArticle26thislaw,attherequestofthepotentialofeligibleproducers,sayspreliminarycontractforthepurchaseofelectricityatguaranteedpurchaseprices,

　　应合格生产商要求,依照本法第26条规定,以保证采购价拟定一份初步的购电合同

　　f)tothecalculationandpaymentoffundsfordeliveredelectricityprivilegedproducerswhohaveconcludedacontractwiththeoperatorofRESatguaranteedprices,oreligibleproducersbythereferencepriceforquantitiesofenergyproduced,

　　对于已与RES经营者制定合同的特权生产商,供电金额以保证价格计算和支付；对于合格生产商使用的电量,则以参考价格计算和支付.

　　g)InaccordancewithArticle27Paragraph(2)ofthisActconcludedcontractonthepurchaseofelectricityfrommikroproizvođačem,andperformsthecalculationandpaymentoffundsfordeliveredelectricity,

　　依照本法第27条第2段规定,与mikroproizvođačem制定购电合同,规定已输送电力的资金计算和支付方法.
