Twofrogs

　　Agroupoffrogsweretravelingthroughthewoods,andtwoofthem

　　fellintoadeeppit.Whentheotherfrogssawhowdeepthepit

　　was,theytoldthetwofrogsthattheywereasgoodasdead.The

　　twofrogsignoredthecommentsandtriedtojumpupoutofthepit

　　withalltheirmight.Theotherfrogskepttellingthemtostop,

　　thattheywereasgoodasdead.Finally,oneofthefrogstook

　　heedtowhattheotherfrogsweresayingandgaveup.Hefelldown

　　anddied.

　　Theotherfrogcontinuedtojumpashardashecould.Onceagain,

　　thecrowdoffrogsyelledathimtostopthepainandjustdie.He

　　jumpedevenharderandfinallymadeitout.Whenhegotout,the

　　otherfrogssaid,"Didyounothearus?"Thefrogexplainedto

　　themthathewasdeaf.Hethoughttheywereencouraginghimthe

　　entiretime.
