　　Manydark-skinnedvisitorsarriveintheUnitedStatesfearingpersonalattackorexpectingvariousdegreesofracialprejudice.Someformsofdiscrimination[1]stillexist,unfortunately,especiallyintheareasofthehousing,schools,andjobs.Theschoolequalityisstillmoreadreamthanareality.TherearestilltoomanyareasofthecountrywhereBlackAmericansdonotenjoythesamefullopportunitiesasWhiteAmericans.However,thevastmajorityofAmericansareworking,studying,andsharingpublicplacestogether.Thiswasnottrueevenafewyearsagoinsomepartsofthecountry,butprogressissteadilybeingmade.Youwillbeabletoobservetheimprovementinracerelationsassoonasyourplanelands.Youwillseeitintheairport,inpublicbusesandtrains,intheaters,restaurants,restroom,insopsandlibraries,inofficesandfactories.ClosepersonalfriendshipsbetweenBlacksandWhites,fulltrustandsocialrelationshipsarestillnotcommon,exceptincertainareas,However,eveninthis-theslowestareaofprogress-therehasbeenchange,especiallyamongyoungpeople.
