Abstract:China'srealestateindustryasanemergingindustry,alatestart,butquicklybecamethefastestgrowingindustriesinChinaiscurrentlyoneoftherapidgrowthofthenationaleconomyhasmadeasignificantcontribution.AndaccompaniedbytheU.S.sub-primecrisistriggeredbytheglobalfinancialcrisisonChina'seconomyhadaseriousnegativeimpactonnationaleconomicsystemasanimportantcomponentofChina'srealestatesectorareparticularlyaffected.Makestheoriginallyexistintherealestatehiddenfinancialrisksbecomemoreprominent,difficultformanyoftheurgentneedforsurvivalanddevelopmentofrealestatecompaniestosolvepracticalproblems.
Inthispaper,thecurrentfinancialrisksexistinChina'srealestateindustryandtheformationofadetailedanalysisofthecausesofandsummarizestheperformanceofrealestateisalsotheformoffinancialrisk.Onthisbasis,thequestionofhowtoplaythefinancialriskcontrolfunction,toavoidfallingintofinancialcrisesanumberofmanagementmeasuresusedtoensurelong-termeconomicbenefitsofChina'srealestateindustryandensureastabledevelopment.
