摘要：在21世纪,应用物流管理提高企业的竞争力已被国际普遍重视.但我国引入物流管理这一概念的时间比较短,与国外企业相比,国内零售企业对其应用比较有限,并且存在诸多方面的问题：导致国内零售企业展滞后,致使我国消费结构的改变和热播民生活水平的降低,影响了我国经济的发展.本文通过对物流管理现状的分析,根据现代物流存在的问题提出合理的解决方案,确保我国零售业物流的健康发展.
