　　Aswhatpeoplealwayssays"Nosports,nolife".Nowadaysthepeoplewholiveincityeasytogainweight.It'sbecausetheireatinghabiesisnotforforthehealthandtheydonthavetimetodoexerciseaswell.Therefore,thebestwaytokeepfitistakingmoreexercisesandhavehealthdietatthesametime.Inbigcityit'shardtofindplacetodoexercise,butstillyoucanseelotsofyoungpeoplegoskateboardingonthesideway.Therearelotsofwaytokeephealthyaslongasyouwanttotry.
