　　TheSpringFestival,alsoknowasthelunarNewYear,isthegreatesttraditionalfestival.ItisusuallyatimebetweenlateJanuaryorearlyFebruary,whichmeansrestandrelaxationbetweenwinterandspringafterayear'stoil,andmeanscelebrationaswell.BeforetheSpringFestival,peoplecleantheirhouse,putredcoupletsontheirgates,andsetofffirecrackers,accordingtofairytale,fordrivingademon,namedNianaway.OntheeveoftheSpringFestival,aget-togetherbanquetisamust,andthemostpopularfoodisDumpling,whichissupposedtobringgoodfortune.Onthefirstdayofthenewyear,everybodywearsnewclothesandgreetsrelativesandfriendswithbowsandcongratulationswishingeachotherluckyduringthenewyear.
