　　Generally,theadvantagesofurbanizationcanbelistedasfollows.First,urbanizationcanquickenourpacetocatchupwiththedevelopedcountries.Weallknowthatthedevelopedcountriesareallhighlyurbanized.Second,urbanizationwillhelptosolvetheproblemofunemployment.Itwillcreatemorejobopportunitiesfortheunemployed.Inaddition,urbanizationwillfreeagreatnumberoffarmersfromthefields,thusrealizingthedreamofagriculturalmechanizationinourcountry.Finally,urbanizationcanimprovethestandardsoflivingofthemigrantswhomovetotheurbanarea.

　　However,thedisadvantagesofurbanizationarealsoobvious.Tobeginwith,administrationoftheincreasingpopulationinurbanareamightbeagreatchallengetothegovernment.Moreover,moreproblems,suchasincreasingcrimerate,overcrowding,mightincrease,sincemorepeopleareconcentratedinarelativelysmallerplace.
