　　Atanytimebeforedelivery,buyermayrequestvariationsinthispurchaseorder,suchrequestshallbeinwritingandincludeafullandaccuratedescriptionofthevariations,sellershalladvisebuyer:whetheritcanmakethevariations;whenitcanmakethevariations;andwhether(andifso,byhowmuch)thevariationswillincreaseorreducethepurchaseprice.ifbuyeracceptsseller’squotation,asoutlinedabove如上,thevariationsshallthereuponbecomeanintegralpartofthispurchaseorder,buyerandsellershallmodifythescopeofsupply,purchaseprice,deliverydatesandothertermsasappropriate,novariationsshallbepermittedunlessbothpartiesagreetotheminwriting.Sellershallnotvarythispurchaseorderunlessitfirstobtainsbuyer’swrittenapproval.

　　Thebuyeralsoreservestherighttoinspect,testandapprovethebeforeshipment,ifthebuyerwishestoexercisesuchright,thebuyershallprovidethesellerwithreasonablenoticethereof.insuchevent,thesellershallnotshipthegoodsuntilthebuyersoinspects,testsandapprovesthem.

　　Subiecttoanyexpresswrittenagreementconcerningthetestingandinspectionofthegoods,thebuyermayperformsuchtestsandinspectionsonthegoods,andapplysuchtestcriteria,adthebuyermaydetermineinitssoleandabsoulutediscretion.

　　Thebuyer’sapprovalofthegoodsbeforeshipmentshallnotconstituteawaiverofthebuyer’srighttorejectthegoodspursuanttoanyrelevantclauseinthispurchaseorderortomakewarrantyclaimsinrespecttothegoods.
