　　应该选C,因为repea后面的theyhear后面缺一个宾语.

　　应该有一个词表达hear（听到）什么,

　　就像say后面有一个strangethings,

　　而what有“什么”的意思,也可作宾语,

　　所以选这个,

　　（hear“what”,）

　　而that没有“什么”的意思,

　　并且that是不能做宾语的,
