1、第一个and是between……and……结构,是health和howthebodytakesinandutilizesfoodsubstances的并列.主要是通过句子意思来看,Thehistory（ofclinicalnutrition）,orthestudy（oftherelationshipbetweenhealthandhowthebodytakesinandutilizesfoodsubstances）,history和study是并列的主语,而oftherelationship（betweenhealthandhowthebodytakesinandutilizesfoodsubstances）是修饰study的,（betweenhealthandhowthebodytakesinandutilizesfoodsubstances）是对relationship的解释：什么“关系”?是——健康与（and）身体怎样吸收营养物质之间（between）的关系.
